If your Volvo on call subscription has expired, we can renew this for you. We send you an activation code and renew this for you automatically. There are no products to ship, and this is usually done within 24 hours for you (excluding weekends). All we need to extend your subscription is your VIN & registration number, and your personal details, which you will fill out on the checkout page.
** Please ensure the email address or phone number used in your order is the same one you have registered with Volvo On Call **
** PLEASE NOTE: We will renew or extend your subscription by one year and will send a PIN (where your subscription has already expired) but we cannot help with connecting to your car and / or accessing your subscription. Please seek advice from your local Volvo dealer if this is the case. We cannot refund subscriptions that have been successfully renewed or extended. **
